About This Class

In this fully hands on class, every participant will make their own bittersweet chocolate yule log cake from scratch. We will fill and frost with chocolate whipped cream and garnish with seasonal holiday decorations to create the perfect winter treat. Rich and chocolatey to be sure, but with a light, moist and airy sponge cake and a not-too-sweet whipped chocolate cream. Take your finished cake home with you at the end of class. All materials (including serving board and box) provided.

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 10 days before the class date. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be given for classes cancelled within 10 (ten) days of the class or for no shows. If you are unable to make a class, consider letting a friend (18+ years old) attend in your absence. We appreciate your understanding there are no exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy at ANY time or for ANY reason.
