About This Class

This irresistible loaf cake can go from a morning brunch to the perfect way to end an evening meal. Students will make our tender, buttery brioche dough from scratch and our deliciously fudge-y chocolate filling. Learn tips and tricks for proper rolling, shaping, and baking techniques. Each student will bake off a chocolate babka loaf in class. Students will also leave with their own brioche dough made in class and chocolate filling ready to make 2 additional loaves at home (or one party-sized loaf). All materials provided. This is the type of food you will be proud to serve on your table for family and friends. Rich, complex, and delicious, yet quite achievable for the home baker.

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 10 days before the class date. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be given for classes cancelled within 10 (ten) days of the class or for no shows. If you are unable to make a class, consider letting a friend (18+ years old) attend in your absence. We appreciate your understanding there are no exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy at ANY time or for ANY reason.
