Want to create a show-stopping dessert for your next party? This Japanese Whipped Cream Roll Cake is stunning, delicious, and not as difficult as you might think to make! Limited to only six students per class, each attendee will bake from scratch our "no crack" vanilla chiffon roll cake. Once cool, we will fill with stabilized whipped cream and fresh berries. This cake has all the hallmarks of our favorite sponge... light, fluffy, tender, moist and just lightly sweet. Learn all the tips and tricks to successfully recreate this cake at home. All materials supplied. Take your party-sized, finished roll cake home with you at the end of class.

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 10 days before the class date. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be given for classes cancelled within 10 (ten) days of the class or for no shows. If you are unable to make a class, consider letting a friend (18+ years old) attend in your absence. We appreciate your understanding there are no exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy at ANY time or for ANY reason.
