About This Class

If you have ever had one of these divine pastries, then you know. Butter, sugar and flour come together to make one of the most decadent pastries in our recipe book. Crispy and caramelized on the outside with a delicate sweet and buttery center. Students will make dough from scratch as well as learn to roll, form and bake these pastries in class. Take your finished dough home with you (bake the next day or freeze) to make kouign amann for family and friends as well as any extra pastries baked in class. All materials provided.

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 10 days before the class date. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be given for classes cancelled within 10 (ten) days of the class or for no shows. If you are unable to make a class, consider letting a friend (18+ years old) attend in your absence. We appreciate your understanding there are no exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy at ANY time or for ANY reason.
