About This Class

Southern-style biscuits - light, tender and rich - all come down to the right recipes, great technique and proper equipment. We'll show you how. Every student is this class will make their own batch of biscuit dough from scratch in class. After that we'll move on to our cream scones base recipe from which you can make every flavor. We'll make a few different ones in class and send you home with some scones to share with family and friends.

Cancellation Policy

Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund up to 10 days before the class date. No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be given for classes cancelled within 10 (ten) days of the class or for no shows. If you are unable to make a class, consider letting a friend (18+ years old) attend in your absence. We appreciate your understanding there are no exceptions to our cancellation and refund policy at ANY time or for ANY reason.

Age 18+ Policy

Kindly note that this class is specifically designed for adults 18 years old and older. There are no exceptions to this policy. Underage attendees will be asked to leave without a refund.
